FLAGSHIP CONFERENCE KEYNOTES
IT Nation Connect 2024 mainstage experience and narrative.
I led the creative direction and production of the mainstage keynote at IT Nation Connect Global 2024, bringing our brand vision to life for over 5,000 in-person and 1,500 virtual attendees. This moment was more than an event—it was our biggest opportunity to unify story, strategy, and energy in front of our most engaged audience. From scripting and content to speaker coaching and AV design, I orchestrated the entire experience to deliver a cohesive and compelling narrative. We earned a 93% event NPS and more than 1.5 million social impressions, proving that the message resonated far beyond the room.

Under my leadership, ConnectWise’s event portfolio spans 300+ activations annually across NA, EMEA, and APAC—including flagship, field, trade, executive, community, and partner events. Every activation is designed to reinforce our brand narrative, deepen partner engagement, and create a measurable impact on pipeline and retention. With over 30,000 attendees annually, this program is a critical growth engine and a powerful platform for connecting strategy to in-person and virtual experiences.
CYBERSECURITY CONFERENCE
Elevating trust and pipeline through IT Nation Secure 2025.
With over 1,200 attendees, the 2025 conference delivered 100+ hours of industry content and earned a 94% satisfaction rating with an NPS of 87. We completely overhauled the content strategy, keynote production, and engagement design, resulting in a 36% lift in marketing-attributed pipeline and $10M in influenced opportunity for mid-year sales acceleration, and generated 1.4M+ social impressions — a reflection of how resonant the experience was for our cyber community.
REGIONAL EXPANSION
Localizing flagship experiences for growth in emerging markets.
IT Nation Connect ANZ 2025 brought our flagship experience to the Australia and New Zealand market with an immersive, localized event that struck the perfect balance of education, engagement, and cultural relevance. From keynote production with regional celebrity Adam Spencer to uniquely Australian experiences like a harbourfront finale party, every detail was tailored to resonate with this audience. The strategy paid off—social impressions jumped 50% to nearly 400,000, and advocacy activity grew 176% YoY, proving that a thoughtful, localized approach can drive trust, pipeline, and brand loyalty.

Launching a new corporate brand on the IT Nation mainstage.
IT Nation Connect 2021 marked one of the most high-stakes moments of my career: unveiling a full-scale rebrand of ConnectWise in front of more than 4,000 attendees. This wasn’t just a brand update—it was a shift in how we told our story, engaged our partners, and positioned ourselves for platform growth. The event reveal was choreographed across multiple touchpoints, from keynote to signage to swag, flipping every digital and physical brand element in real time. The energy in the room—and across our partner ecosystem—was electric.
NOSTALGIA-DRIVEN EXPERIENCE
Creating a 90s throwback that broke attendance records.
Using demographic data that showed our core community’s affinity for 90s nostalgia, we shaped every touchpoint—from apparel and signage to guest speakers and entertainment—to evoke that shared cultural moment. The day featured a celebrity keynote from Tony Hawk, photo ops that sparked viral social engagement, and a finale party headlined by Stone Temple Pilots. With on-theme swag, staff apparel, and creative details woven throughout the event, the experience delivered record-breaking engagement, culminating in the highest-attended closing party in IT Nation history.
