The connectwise.com rebuild was a collaborative effort across all of marketing, led by the brand team. This full-scale transformation of connectwise.com cut through years of digital sprawl to reduce 2,700 pages down to 950, consolidating fragmented experiences into a high-performing, brand-aligned marketing engine. We migrated to Optimizely 12, overhauled the content architecture, clarified the CTA strategy, and redesigned priority paths to enhance the user experience and increase demo conversions. It was a reinvention of how our website supports the business, evolving it from a bloated archive into a true growth driver.

Inheriting a project already behind schedule, the brand team led the end-to-end launch of screenconnect.com in just four months—scrapping outdated work, standing up a brand from scratch, and delivering the company’s highest-converting website. We realigned the team, ran a comprehensive brand and messaging sprint, rewrote the content and UX strategy, and executed development, SEO, and migration—all while preparing the product for its debut as a standalone offering in new vertical markets. What started as a rescue effort became one of our most successful digital launches to date.
